Job Description Supported by a comprehensive onboarding and training process, you will work as part of a team providing service and support to our customers all over Australia, as well as your colleagues (in Australia and the Philippines). As a Client Services Agent you will be responsible for: Proactively assisting clients to identify and help them with their building inspection needs Providing an excellent level of service via phone and email Taking accountability for issue resolution and escalating problems where needed Achieving individual KPI targets Maintaining a strong communication performance culture amongst the team and ensuring team targets are achieved Demonstrating you live and breathe our values and behaviors Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience Qualifications You pride yourself on delivering great customer experiences. You confidently and quickly build relationships and give your customers confidence theyre in safe hands. Youre able to break down competing priorities autonomously to ensure you deliver to fixed deadlines.
