Job Description Brand Development: Lead efforts to define and refine the brand''s identity, values, and positioning in the market, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Product Launches: Oversee the successful launch of a new beverage product, from concept development and market research to packaging design, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans. Market Research: Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to guide marketing strategies and product enhancements. Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and search engine optimization to increase online visibility and engagement Partnerships and Gamifications: Identify and develop partnerships and collaborations with relevant brands, influencers, and organizations to expand the brand''s reach and appeal. The Successful Applicant You have at least 6-8 years of experience in brand management within an FMCG company Handled any beverage or alcohol brand in the past is a high preference Open to marketers coming from advertising agencies who handled beverage/alcohol clients Proven experience in brand partnership and on-ground activations to drive brand awareness You are mobile and who is willing to travel across asia Games or sports ethusiasts are highly preferred!
