Description The OpportunityThe Recruitment Marketing Specialist will be responsible in strategizing and implementing campaigns that will help the company in attracting quality talents for its diverse hiring. You will focus on interpreting data from the market research, propose marketing campaigns based on the analysis, and apply/integrate it to the existing marketing and sourcing campaigns that will help in better promoting the company brand to its target talents. You will work closely with the Sourcing and Talent Acquisition teams to understand the skills/talents needed by the business, how it contributes to its growth, and how it will be promoted externally and internally.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation and Strategy create content that is timely and appropriate to the target talents and professionals with the intention of driving interest and engagement; Plan the execution and release of these campaigns with relevance to the season (graduation season, holiday season, resignation season, etc.)Employer Branding review and analyze data on how the companys brand is perceived by its target market and propose campaigns externally and internally that will contribute to positive reputationDigital Marketing plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms and websites that are targeted towards specific professionals using specific platformsSocial Media Campaigns be on top on the latest trends in social media and contribute to the growth and improvement of the impressions and engagements of MBPS Social Media Campaigns, especially the recruitment-centric campaignsCreatives and Graphics produce materials that accurately represent the campaign/advertisement; align it with the standards and policies of Global BrandingProject Management and Coordination be the project lead in all recruitment marketing campaigns and coordinate with the necessary teams internally to ensure successful implementation of each campaignReporting and Analysis publish regular reports on KPIs to measure the success of each recruitment marketing campaign executedRequirementsUniversity degree, preferably a graduate of Marketing Management, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Journalism, or Communication ArtsWith at least 3 years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, preferably in the BPO, Financial Services, or Insurance industriesRecruitment Marketing experience is preferably focused on content creation and strategy, employer branding, digital marketing, and social media campaigningA degree of knowledge and experience in creatives and graphics tools is desired, preferably AdobeHighly proficient in Microsoft Package (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)Exposure or background in Sourcing Channels is a huge advantage (Digital Platforms, Employee Referrals, Job Fairs, Campus Recruitment, etc.)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a heavy workload environment while meeting service quality and turnaround objectivesWilling to work on a hybrid set-up (site assignment is in Quezon City)Personal Attributes and Cultural FitHighly collaborative working styleAbility to handle multiple stakeholdersAgile and strategic, capable of adapting to changes in business needsRole model of ethics and integrity who builds a culture of respectResults-driven; highly focused in accountabilityDemonstrates a commitment to delivering excellent service balanced with appropriate risk managementAbout Manulife and John HancockManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services group that helps people make their decisions easier and lives better.
