Green Light Worldwide are looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager who has exceptional networking abilities to join our close-knit Global Delivery Office (GDO) based in BGC, Manila. The Business Development Manager will be a strong communicator and able to demonstrate a successful track record in IT Services Sales along with detailed understanding of staff augmentation. The right person will be creative in ensuring both the company and individual targets are met or exceeded by selling the full suite of service offerings including professional services, managed services and project services. The Business Development Manager will be a subject matter expert sales professional, building and defining business within the Asian marketplace, using networks and strengthening relationships with mid to C-level/VP decision makers. This will make the Business Development Manager to be considered a strategic advisor focused on providing unique and compelling value within IT servicing requirements. Drawing on knowledge of complex solution sales in technology and with strong business acumen, the Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and driving professional services and staff augmentation for new and existing Green Light clients. Successful execution of the role will be to continually increase opportunity pipeline and identify new key services opportunities in line with Green Light''s strategic business objectives. Responsibilities: - Responsible for truly understanding the customer''s business drivers, technical issues and procurement and selection process, to ensure Green Light is uniquely placed to provide best market value to the customer. Continue to build a strong Green Light presence within Asia delivering the following: Develop & maintain relationships with senior and C-level/VP executives, understanding respective focus areas, value drivers and strategic priorities to develop a strategic roadmap of initiatives. Apply an applicable sales methodology to understand customers and win their business. Develop & Present Strategic Account Plans & Results for each Account and present on a quarterly basis to Sales Lead for feedback. Account Plan to be developed in consultation with key client stakeholders, leveraging local and global resources and to include analysis on emerging industry trends, competitor actions, key partner capabilities to capitalise on and opportunities to further grow both depth and breadth of account. Present insights and drive conclusions to engage clients (high quality pitching, written proposals and account planning skill). Requirements: - An ability to build strong relevant business cases to share and create excitement and demonstrate the value of Green Light in solving customer problems by focusing on one-on-one and one-on-many interaction with key decision makers. Subject matter expert in technology and staff augmentation sales with detailed understanding of client''s business models, economics and value drivers. Proven track record identifying significant client problems and engineering genuine business value by engaging early at the right levels of the organization to build portfolios of significant value. Strong business acumen & financial skills with proven history in managing a pipeline of solid opportunities. An ability to navigate, build and develop strong internal and external networks.
