We are a leading exhaust fan manufacturer currently looking for an experienced Tool and Die Maker to work in Woodbridge. Key Responsibilities: Conduct test runs with completed tools or dies to ensure that parts meet specifications. Cut, shape, and trim blanks or blocks to specified lengths or shapes using power machinery and equipment. Measure, file, grind, shim, and adjust different parts to properly fit them together. Fit and assemble parts to make, repair or modify dies, jigs, gauges, and tools using machines and hand tools. Inspect finished dies for smoothness, contour, conformity, and defects. Lift, position, and secure machined parts on surface plates or worktables using hoists, vises, or v-blocks. Set up and operate drill presses to drill and tap holes in parts for assembly. Develop and design new tools and dies using computer-aided design software.   Qualifications and Skills: Must be experienced in a similar role in an industry-related manufacturing environment. Must be computer proficient in all Microsoft applications as well as AutoCAD and Adobe. Excellent organizational, planning, time management, and decision-making skills. Ability to take direction and instruction from the Plant Production Supervisors. Able to read, write, and communicate in English clearly.   Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am – 4.30pm   Job Type: Full-time Pay Rate: 25-35 per hour to start Start immediately
