Our team is recognized through the Growth 500 ranking for the last two years as one of Canada’s fastest growing companies, and we are currently seeking a Site Supervisor reporting to the Construction Manager, for our General Contractor’s department.    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Complete various construction tasks- basic carpentry, drywall, demolition, etc. Supervise, schedule and manage subcontractors and production staff as required, consult blueprints, designs and client instructions for project plans Complete required administrative functions essential to projects Lead projects and ensure efficiency within project team Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Construction projects, as well as company and project policies/procedures   QUALIFICATIONS: Experience as Site Supervisor in mid-rise or high-rise commercial build Construction, experience Understand and interpret blueprints Valid class G driver's license Acceptable driving record Able to complete a police background check Supply basic personal carpentry tools Available to work scheduled after hours shifts in order to meet the needs of our clients   BENEFITS: Extended health care Dental care Vision care Life & disability insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Casual dress Overtime pay Company events On-site parking   We are an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing accommodations, upon request, for candidates taking part in the full cycle recruitment.
