Our team is recognized  as a top regional performer for the last two years. Join Us Today!   Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Ensure sub-contractor and supplier pricing is competitive and high quality Order required project materials Help plan and meet project budgets Maintain client files Lead the carpentry team Support senior team, staff, and clients Acquire, supplement, and maintain sub-contractors Plan and organize a response team for unseen and urgent circumstances Follow and enforce all safety policy and procedures   Requirements: Experience in site supervision or similar role (2+ years) Knowledgeable on the Ontario Building Code Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong leadership skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applications   We Offer: Bonuses Extended health care Life insurance Casual dress Opportunity for career advancement Employee assistance program Company events
