Reading and ability to proceed to the various complex assemblies and jigs as needed;  Master all welding positions and processes for all types of metals used in the company's manufacturing;  Produces compliant products according to the requirements of the position to which he/she is assigned and the applicable welding standards; Participates in the maintenance of welding machines;  Operates various shaping and cutting equipment; Assists and participates in the training of welders; Develops the methods and templates necessary to produce the required components; Raises any problems encountered during the course of his/her work; Works in a manner that respects the premises, individuals and tools;
