Heavy Duty Mechanic - Field Service

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Heavy Duty Mechanic – Field Service based out of our facility in Calgary, Alberta.   Responsibilities: Startup of new equipment at client locations Inspection, diagnosis and repair of equipment at client locations Communicate with customers to define the scope of repairs. Develop and maintaining cooperative, customer service-focused relationship with internal and external customers.   Qualifications: Licensed Red Seal Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment certificate required Technical knowledge in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical Systems. Working knowledge of drilling equipment and transportation vehicles an asset. Self-motivated, fast learner and ability to work independently. Comfortable working in the shop as well as in the field Ability to work on call and overtime when required. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Valid Driver’s license (abstract required) Valid Passport – Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions.
