Who are you?   Are you passionate about working with youths and families? Enjoy working in a school setting? Looking for the flexibility of school hours?  Have you obtained your Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Master's Degree in Psychology? Licensed as an LSW/LPC or higher?  If full time isn't the right fit for you, we have flexibility to offer both part time and seasonal opportunities to support the schools during the 9-10 months that they are in session. This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 signing bonus. Under the guidance of the Youth Clinical Supervisor, you will provide primarily school-based counseling and therapy services within Hancock County. The position may also involve some home and community-based work, depending on how many working hours fit your needs.   In this role you will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously.  You have the ability to obtain a driver's License, maintain auto insurance, earn CPR/First Aid certification, and be willing to submit to background check and fingerprinting.  How you?ll make a difference in this role: Help make a difference for underserved rural communities by providing a range of assessment and mental health counseling and therapy to youths, adolescents, and families. Help your clients in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement.
