Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Chittenango is actively seeking an ADON for our skilled nursing facility. Excellent Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits Package provided! Duties Include: Management responsibilities including maintaining exceptional quality of care. Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff. Serve the nursing needs of all residents in the facility. Assist in creating and directing care plans for nursing services. Maintain and disseminate knowledge of general nursing theory and practice. Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical records. Assist with interviewing, hiring and orienting of new nursing staff. Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs. Assist Director of Nursing with daily responsibility Requirements Include: Current New York State RN license required. Staff training with clinical staff Excellent Communication Skills required Evidence of advanced leadership skills and supervision.
