Ability to manage staff and set their schedules. Supervise and reviewing nursing staff. (Assistant Director of Nursing, CNA , and Unit Clerk) Overseeing the department budgets. Interacting with doctors, patients and family member while focusing on excellent customer service. Managing patients' data and medical records. Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements: Graduated from an accredited program for nursing and is currently registered in the state of the community Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience in a health care facility.
