We look forward to meeting you! Some of the Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing (DON) Provide service with compassion, patience, and empathy while maintaining the highest standards of care. Ability to manage staff and set their schedules. Supervise and reviewing nursing staff. (Assistant Director of Nursing, CNA , and Unit Clerk) Overseeing the department budgets. Interacting with doctors, patients and family member while focusing on excellent customer service. Managing patients' data and medical records. Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements: Graduated from an accredited program for nursing and is currently registered in the state of the community Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience in a health care facility.
