Join a growing team of successful, happy caregivers who are valued and appreciated.   ** Excellent pay for the right candidate**   Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1.      Plans, directs, and supervises the activities of the nursing staff. 2.      Ensures the nursing department is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. 3.      Develop, implement and update department policy and procedures when necessary or as directed. 4.      Responsible for providing consistent and sufficient staffing for Resident needs as well as regulatory requirements. 5.      Participates in Federal, State and Local agency annual surveys. 6.      Review with appropriate department heads any deficiencies noted by government agencies during inspections.  7.      Responsible for operating the Nursing Department within budgetary guidelines and limitations. 8.
