To join this team, please have the following requirements: 

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center, or other related healthcare setting strongly preffered.
  • Experience in supervision and training strongly preferred.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in working with management staff, administrator, and consultants with planning all aspects of the nursing operation, including setting priorities and job assignments.
  • Monitor each unit?s activities as assigned, communicate policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and assist, coach, and discipline as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical team.
