This full-time position (40 hours/week) involves maintaining the highest level of detailed, heavy-duty cleaning for food production departments. Show your sparkling skills and perfectionist nature as you: Perform a wide range of cleaning functions in the Bakery, Deli, Seafood, Meat, Salad Bar and Produce Departments Operate (with true finesse!) commercial power equipment such as floor scrubbers, steamers, power washers, etc. Own it like a pro...in addition to daily cleaning, there will also be weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual deep-cleaning requirements Why Dierbergs is different Our culture sets us apart. What you need to succeed At least 18 years of age Strong attention to detail and aptitude to learn and use cleaning chemicals, including understanding basic information (chemical names and product labels) The ability to navigate and move ladders frequently over extended periods of time Related experience is a definite advantage Physical Requirements Lifting & Carrying - Up to 35 lbs Pushing & Pulling - Up to 50 lbs of force Occasional - Sit, kneel, crawl, climb, overhead reach, & power grip Frequent - Stand, walk, head turn, trunk bend, stoop, squat, handling, side reach, grasp, pinch, finger manipulation, & feel Constant - Forward reach What's in it for you?
