Commercial Driver – Class B License   Position Summary If you know anything about the construction business, then you know that getting the right products to the right site, on-time and safely, are the benchmarks of success. We are a team, and we want folks with great people skills on our team, because in the end – people make all the difference.  We’re looking for self-sufficient, motivated CDL drivers for our Maryland location on W.Hampton Place, who want to help us expand our fast-growing business.   Responsibilities Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups Inspect truck and/or trailer daily Load and unload materials Ensure load securement including the installation of corner boards to protect products while in transport Match shipments to sales invoices Use Samsara to ensure compliance, safety, efficiency and customer service Operate truck safely Assist warehouse and yard staff in loading and un-loading trucks, thereby gaining knowledge about our goods and services.   Job requirements Passionate about great service & teamwork Dedicated to safety, on and off the road Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Class B Driver’s License Ability to drive trucks with a manual transmission Physically able to complete job tasks such as climbing ladders, pulling and throwing tarps, lifting up to 100 lbs.
