Business Manager  Take your business acumen to this temp-to-hire role with a community organization that provides key services to the region. As Business Manager, your efforts keep everything running effectively and efficiently, ensuring proper use of funds to maximize positive impact on the community. Pay range is $25-$28 per hour.   In this role, you?ll manage a wide range of office management and accounting tasks. Generally speaking, you handle cash management (including payables, receivables, bookkeeping, and audit prep), administering payroll, HR benefits and operations, and ensuring the organization is in compliance with all regulatory requirements. It?s great for someone who brings a diverse skillset and who enjoys wearing many hats.  Business Manager Requirements  Associate degree in finance or accounting  At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience  Thorough knowledge of budgeting and accounting practices processes and procedures of nonprofit organizations with generally accepted accounting practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Hours: 8 am to 4 pm Location: Ludlow
