<p>About the Role<br /> Our client is a $20 billion+ regional bank operating in Texas and Oklahoma with more than 250 banking centers in their footprint. We have been engaged to locate a premier lender to join the Houston lending team. We understand that the right person for this role will currently be successful and likely a key member of their current organization, but we are prepared to do what it takes to make the move worth your time.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Ideally, we are looking for someone who:</p> <ul> <li>Has at least five years driving C&amp;I lending growth in the Houston Market</li> <li>Primary skill set is client development and sales</li> <li>Strong credit background&nbsp;</li> </ul>
