<p>Our client is a privately held pharmaceutical and medical sciences company that develops prescription and non-prescription medications for patients and healthcare providers. They partner with a wide variety of companies to discover new solutions for the continuing advancement of healthcare.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>They are seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Sr. Product Manager</strong>&nbsp;to be a member of their Branding and Marketing Team located in&nbsp;<strong>Stamford, CT</strong>. This is a&nbsp;<strong>6-month W2 contract</strong>&nbsp;opportunity.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The position reports to the Executive Director of Marketing and will work closely with Brand Team Leadership in support of a recent product launch in the ADHD space. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and completion of tactics and strategic initiatives.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Principal Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for content development and execution including:</p> <p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Support the development of core promotional materials (digital and print assets for use by Field Team)</p> <p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Partnering with Sales Training in the development of training materials</p> <p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Development of content for a POA Meetings</p> <p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Support the development of non-personal promotional materials</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner with Marketing Operations to execute promotional programs</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work with internal partners and field-based teams to ensure alignment</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in training sessions for new field personnel as needed</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Gain approval for marketing tactics through the required internal review processes</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Liaise with legal, regulatory and compliance to ensure all marketing activities are compliant with regulatory and legal requirements</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage outside agencies and consultants to meet expected project objectives and hold them accountable to project scope, timelines, and budget</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Establish relationships and work with commercial partners to communicate and ensure alignment on strategy and messaging within scope of projects</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5+ years direct or related experience preferred</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CNS therapeutic and/or ADHD experience preferred but not required</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Thorough understanding of Medical, Regulatory and Legal review and process for development, review, and approval of promotional materials</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good judgment and internal negotiating skills</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and written, with various functional groups to develop and implement marketing plans</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Effectively coordinate multiple tasks and responsibilities</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Effectively prioritize and implement</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to effectively manage external partners and agencies</p>
