As the largest anti-slavery organization in the world, their mission is to protect the poor from violence by rescuing victims, bringing the criminals to justice, restoring survivors to safety and strength, and helping local law enforcement build a safe future that lasts.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>?They are seeking a VP of Enterprise Applications to add to their growing team. This is a direct hire position, ideally based in Arlington, VA, which offers excellent benefits and high growth potential.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Our client has cast a vision for 2030 which involves mobilizing partnerships to scale their work of rescue and rehabilitation, expanding their global footprint, and leveraging data to effectively prove to the world that their model can end slavery. To support this initiative, our client must rapidly grow their team.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>This position is based at our customers Headquarters in Arlington, VA area and reports directly to the CIO. The primary responsibility of this position is to drive global roll outs,?configuration, software development, and operational support for our customers enterprise applications, including Salesforce (CRM), Salesforce (JDS), and Workday FIN/HR platforms. The?VP,?Enterprise Applications?will be a critical voice on the Global Technology?Solutions leadership team and will direct the enterprise application teams?to provide new features prioritized by the Business and Product Roadmaps using Agile delivery mechanisms. This leader is also responsible for rapidly maturing global applications development and support functions and delivering effective and accountable support through establishing and maintaining service level agreements.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish best practices for?continuous support and maintenance of Enterprise Applications &amp; services?in order to increase credibility and accountability.</li> <li>Set Standards for?Business Analysis, Configuration/Development,?Testing, and Delivery of new Features?in order to deliver quality solutions that are production-ready.</li> <li>Support, enhance,?and?maintain global?enterprise-wide?technology platforms (HR?Workday,?FIN Workday, and?Salesforce?CRM)?in order to ensure systems are dynamic and continue to meet the needs of the mission.</li> <li>Develop Product Roadmaps and Product Governance structures in order to ensure business leaders set the priorities and manage?system changes.</li> <li>Consult on critical Salesforce applications, Workday, CRM Global Strategic Initiatives, ensuring effective global architecture and configuration planning and execution with external vendor resources, internal analysts, business partners, and IT PMO.</li> <li>Provide strategic oversight by helping to facilitate the business in automating and streamlining their business needs.</li> <li>Drive successful adoption and value of the platform across supported regions.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Masters&rsquo; degree in MBA or Computer Science, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification</li> <li>15+ years professional experience</li> <li>10+ years leading Enterprise Applications support in global for-profit organizations</li> <li>7+ years a management/supervisory role and experience working in a multinational organization specific to Enterprise Applications (i.e. Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Workday)</li> <li>10+ Yrs. experience using Agile software development framework and SDLC in a multinational organization</li> <li>5+ Yrs. experience coding or coding management experience using Salesforce languages such as Visualforce, Apex, and Salesforce Object Query or Search&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Critical Qualities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Self-starter with strong initiative</li> <li>Global Vendor Management experience</li> <li>Disciplined with priorities</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness</li> <li>Exceptional verbal and written communication</li> <li>Flexible, collaborative, and eager to support others</li> <li>Effective team player who fosters collaborative environment</li> <li>Strong Mentorship skills</li> <li>Adept at creative problem solving</li> </ul>
