No cap on income.<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The HOW:</strong> identify, evaluate,&nbsp;onboard and maintain <strong>strategic&nbsp;partners in the Telecom/IT/MSP industries&nbsp;</strong><em>using a rich database with verified emails and direct dial phone numbers from over 200 million contacts&nbsp;across 10 million companies; automated email sequencing, and VoIP calling to easily reach target contacts.</em> Leverage social platforms to acquire and&nbsp;maintain relationships.&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The WHAT:</strong> the responsibilities of a strategic partner development manager with GigaBidder involve working to develop (and sustain) relationships that can help&nbsp;business growth. <strong>Duties include:</strong> <em>identifying and building rapport with companies that can have synergy and provide benefits by working together, developing strategies and identifying channels to target during your strategic partnership efforts, opening doors with potential partners, leading exploratory discussions, and evaluating/developing business opportunities that will&nbsp;add value to our valued partnerships. You will present partnership opportunities to senior leaders of prospective partner companies, and will also help drive adoption of our resources &amp; aggregation tools.&nbsp;You may also negotiate contracts or agreements for joint operations or ventures and continue nurturing the business relationship after facilitating the initial deals. </em><br /> <br /> You&nbsp;should have a knack for structuring partnerships and defining clear value creation for GigaBidder and partners.&nbsp;You will be working closely with our leadership and should be comfortable escalating, sharing business development strategy, and presenting key issues to senior management.<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The COMP</strong>: Detailed &amp; structured compensation plan for $160k+ earnings in first year. Ramp commission-based compensation plan. 50% commission on 1st month partners; 40% commission from 2nd month partners; 30% commission from 3rd month partners; 20% commission from 4th month partners; and 10% commission from 5th month partners and beyond.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The GOAL</strong>:&nbsp;acquire and maintain 10 partners per month on a consistent basis.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Compensation Examples with average revenues through 10 new partners per month:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Month 1 - $4500 (50% commission from month 1 partners)</p> <p>Month 2 - $4500 (m1) + $3600 (40% commission from month 2 partners)</p> <p>Month 3 - $4500 (m1) + $3600 (m2) + $2700 (30% commission from month 3 partners)</p> <p>Month 4 - $4500 (m1) + $3600 (m2) + $2700 (m3) + $1800 (20% commission from month 4 partners)</p> <p>Month 5 - $4500 (m1) + $3600 (m2) + $2700 (m3) + $1800 (m4) + $900 (10% commission from month 5 partners)</p> <p>Month 6 - $4500 (m1) + $3600 (m2) + $2700 (m3) + $1800 (m4) + $900 (m5) + $900 (10% commission from month 6 partners),&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>etc.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Additional Bonuses available after month 12.</p>
