<p>Want to use your expertise and help people around the world further their education?<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p>The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding, high-level service, and on-going sales related to PLEXUSS&rsquo; partnerships with secondary school and district partnerships. This may include supporting county/regional offices of education as well as work at the state level. The position includes training school site and district office personnel and presenting to parents, students, and school officials.<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p>In this role, you will develop deep relationships with PLEXUSS&rsquo; partners to ensure a seamless service experience for our partners and their constituents, develop partner interest and wide adoption of the services provided through PLEXUSS partnerships and act as a thought-leader informed by data/research related to secondary school college counseling and tutoring.<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p>Additionally, the Regional Director is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the secondary school community members, focusing on student access to post-secondary opportunities. This also includes stakeholders beyond the school site administration and education officials, including but not limited to students, parents, and other relevant community stakeholders.<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p>We are a strong believer that cultural fit is a strong contributor to long term employee contentment.&nbsp;<strong>Help us determine if this role is a good fit for you by completing our mandatory hiring questionnaire</strong>(this takes less than five minutes to complete):<br /> https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/33CSHZY<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience.</li> <li>Five years or more of directly-related, progressively responsible work experience in a professional position in education or position related to education, school counseling (preferably at the secondary level), or</li> <li>site/district administrative or professional development capacity.</li> <li>Direct experience in secondary education, AVID or other college-going initiatives, school counseling, helping school sites on-board SaaS or student-facing services, and/or student achievement initiatives is highly desirable.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Other Necessary Key Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability and willingness to travel.</li> <li>Ability to effectively communicate partner needs and work with PLEXUSS internal resources to maximize partner experience.</li> <li>Problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship management skills.</li> <li>Strong passion for education and expanding student access to quality post-secondary educational opportunities.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage multiple onboardings and issues.</li> <li>Excellent presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to proactively identify and meet the needs of PLEXUSS partners.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior-level administrators and state officials.</li> <li>Experience analyzing data and applying to partner needs and opportunities.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation and public speaking.</li> <li>Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Slack, Google Docs, and email.</li> </ul>
