<p><strong>Class A Drivers Home Daily working 5 days on and 2 consecutive days off</strong></p> <p><strong>Drivers will run WA and N. OR with average driver earning $76K/1st year with a $5000 sign on bonus</strong></p> <p><strong>This is reefer freight for dedicated customer.&nbsp;</strong></p> &nbsp; <p><strong>Pay Breakdown</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Drivers are paid $.70CPM wit average of 1575/WK</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>$58/Live Unloads</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>$14/Drop n Hook</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Drivers will average 6 loads per week and 12 stops per week</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>62% of loads are drop n hook &amp; 38% live unload</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>$200/Holiday Pay (Drivers are NOT GUARANTEED off holidays but will get $200 on top of normal pay)</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Drivers average $1400-$1500/WK and $75K/Yr</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>$5000 sign on bonus that is paid out as follows</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>$200/WK for the first 5 weeks</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>$1,000 at 60 days</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>$1,500 at 90 days</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>$1,500 at 180 days.&nbsp;</strong></p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Full benefits start after 91st day of employment</strong></p> </li> </ul> &nbsp; <p><strong>Hours &amp; Job Description</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Start time varies between 3PM-7PM</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Drivers will have 2 consecutive days off. These will most likely be during the week</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Account will operate 7 days a week</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>There is potential for a 6th day work for extra money.</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Position Details</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Local position hauling grocery products in a reefer trailer to stores in WA and OR</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Half of deliveries are to stores and the other half are to DCs</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>At the receiver driver will assist the customer with counting product</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>About 5% of the time drivers will have to help with down stacking pallets</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Special Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Due to the location and delivery area of this account drivers will be required to operate in snowy conditions in the Winter.&nbsp; It is not unusual to have snowy conditions two times per week during the winter.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Driver must be willing to chain</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Truck Info:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Day cabs that cannot be taken home for time off.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Drivers will be required to slip seat</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Trucks CAN NOT BE TAKEN HOME so drivers MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 Miles of Zip Code 98642 (Ridgefiled WA)</strong></p> &nbsp; <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Drivers must have 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 6 months or 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 12 months</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years with no more than one being serious in the last 3 years</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years&nbsp;</strong></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><strong>No more than 1 highway accident in the past year</strong></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><strong>No major preventable in the last 3 years</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>* Major Preventable Accident Definition - Damage totaling $25,000 or more</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Are eligible for hire if have completed SAP program and have one year driving with another carrier since offense</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years, note, the number of jobs can exceed 6 if the applicant just went to orientation or they had a lay-off, or worked somewhere for over one year</strong></p> </li> </ul> &nbsp; <p><strong>So if you want to be home daily while making $75K+/1st year this is the job for you please fill out the application below and we will get in touch with you ASAP.
