<p><strong>Class A drivers with at least 3 months experience run for one of the largest E-Commerce companies.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Freight is 100% no touch and drivers will run CA and NV only</strong></p> <p><strong>Drivers will be through the house 1-3 times during the week and will get 48 hours off (except for busy season when it is 34-48 hours - busy season is October-December-drivers make more during busy season)</strong></p> <p><strong>This is a new account so drivers should be flexible to start in regards to schedule - drivers will know their exact schedule every Friday for the following week.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Drivers will generally be off Friday-Saturday or Sunday-Monday and through the house 1-3 times a week</strong></p> &nbsp; <p><strong>PAY</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>.59 cpm 1900-2200 on average</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>$10/stop &nbsp; (12-18 stops per week on avg)</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>$15 per hour for training</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>$1,400-$1500 weekly avg</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>$75,000 - $80,000 yearly avg</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>TIME OFF/ SHIFTS</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>34 to 48 consecutive hours off.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Drivers will have to work at least one weekend day at a minimum.&nbsp;</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Due to account operating 24/7, they can accommodate a full weekend off when needed. But will have to be requested at least 3 weeks in advance.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Drivers can expect to get home at times during the week, but days this happens is not guaranteed</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Drivers will know their tentative work days for the entirety of the upcoming week each Friday. Drivers will not know their exact routes until the day before leaving.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>POSITION DETAILS</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Regional position hauling to DCs (Distribution Centers) in Southern and Northern CA, NV (Reno) areas</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>No touch freight</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>5% to 10% of loads are live unload but majority of locations are drop and hook.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Mostly night driving.&nbsp; This may vary pending on the shifts and scheduled loads from customer.&nbsp;</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Truck Info:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Assigned sleeper trucks that will be parked at the account.&nbsp;</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Account only has automatics</strong></p> </li> </ul> &nbsp; <p><strong>NOTE DRIVERS MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 Miles of Stockton zip code 95205</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Drivers must have 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 6 months or 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 12 months</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years with no more than one being serious in the last 3 years</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years&nbsp;</strong></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><strong>No more than 1 highway accident in the past year</strong></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><strong>No major preventable in the last 3 years</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>* Major Preventable Accident Definition - Damage totaling $25,000 or more</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Are eligible for hire if have completed SAP program and have one year driving with another carrier since offense</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years, note, the number of jobs can exceed 6 if the applicant just went to orientation or they had a lay-off, or worked somewhere for over one year</strong></p> </li> </ul> &nbsp; <p><strong>This job offers great pay, good home time and by working for one of the largest e-retailers in the world you have very strong job security.
