Sr. .Software Developer (.NET/Go)

<p>We are seeking a&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;Senior Software Developer (.NET/Go)</strong>&nbsp;(fully remote) to develop solutions based around Microsoft development platform utilizing state of the art .NET technologies including XAML, WinRT, MVC, Angular,Node.js, and Azure. They are also seeking experience with Go/AWS. In addition to completing day-to-day development tasks, the Senior Developer will assist in formulating applicable software architecture and guide less experienced Software Developers on the project. Periodically, the Senior Developer may act as the lead for a single team of up to three software Developers in the design and development of a moderately complex .NET based application with some guidance from a Lead Developer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a&nbsp;6mo+ contract/contract to hire engagement with a well-established company based in Carlsbad, CA.&nbsp;</p> <p><em>*This is a fully remote position; however local candidates may work onsite when office operations resume.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Skills and Requirements:</strong></p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;4-8+ years of software development experience and expert knowledge of the .NET platform and languages</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of some Microsoft &ldquo;server technologies&rdquo; such as&nbsp;ASP.NET&nbsp;MVC,&nbsp;ASP.NET&nbsp;Core, Azure, etc.</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong front-end development experience, including skills with some or all of the following web technologies and frameworks: HTML5, JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript, Aurelia, Node.js, React, etc.)</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with cloud development/deployment/DevOps (Azure and .NET Core highly preferred). Also seeking experience w/Go and AWS cloud.</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with a XAML based framework such as WPF, WinRT, and/or UWP is highly preferred.</p> <p>Experience interacting with customers such as systems analysis, requirements gathering, and/or ongoing support</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong desire to constantly learn and be challenged</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelors or master&rsquo;s degree in computer science or related field is highly preferred.</p>
