<p>Mortgage Loan Processor &ndash; Remote (Overland Park, KS&nbsp; Phoenix, AZ&nbsp; Minneapolis, MN<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Compensation Range<br /> $55,000 - $62,000 annually (commensurate with experience)<br /> &nbsp;<br /> About the Role<br /> Our client is a $2 billion dollar community bank based in Kansas with significant mortgage lending operations in Kansas City, including Johnson County, and in Phoenix and Minneapolis. They are a top 25 national VA lender operating both consumer direct and indirect lending channels. They have been experiencing steady and consistent growth over the past few years and are growing again. The work atmosphere is semi-casual and comfortable while getting the job done.<br /> <br /> <br /> Desired skills and duties to include:</p> <ul> <li>At least two years of current processing work history</li> <li>Experience with Encompass 360 in a paperless environment</li> <li>Coordinate with loan officers, borrowers, closing, underwriting and management to handle loan files from pre-qualification to closing</li> <li>Ensure complete and accurate loan data is entered into the processing system; verification of loan documents including assets, credit, income, appraisal, cash to close and title insurance for submission to underwriting</li> <li>Proven ability to manage a pipeline and meet critical deadlines</li> </ul>
