<p>Mortgage Loan Processor &ndash; Overland Park, KS (Remote Available)<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Compensation Range<br /> $50,000 - $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)<br /> &nbsp;<br /> About the Role<br /> Our client is a growing, Top 10 VA mortgage lender with operations throughout the Midwest. The bank is a roughly $2 Billion community bank that has a national mortgage operation. They have both consumer direct and consumer in-direct lending channels, with the direct channel located in the Kansas City area and loan production offices in 15+ other markets. Our client offers a fun workplace culture with courteous and professional treatment and a commitment to work-life balance for all employees.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> Desired skills and duties to include:</p> <ul> <li>At least two years of current processing work history</li> <li>Experience with Encompass 360 in a paperless environment</li> <li>Coordinate with loan officers, borrowers, closing, underwriting and management to handle loan files from pre-qualification to closing</li> <li>Ensure complete and accurate loan data is entered into the processing system; verification of loan documents including assets, credit, income, appraisal, cash to close and title insurance for submission to underwriting</li> <li>Proven ability to manage a pipeline and meet critical deadlines</li> </ul>
