Assist residents with activities of daily living as directed by the Individualized Service Plan, including but not limited to:*<br /> &bull; Personal hygiene<br /> &bull; Dressing<br /> &bull; Toileting<br /> &bull; Grooming<br /> &bull; 2. Cue/Assist residents with health related tasks as directed by the Individualized Service Plan<br /> 3. Participate in Therapeutic Recreation programs as needed.<br /> <br /> 4. Documents care provided in a timely manner as directed by ACF Nurse.<br /> <br /> 5. Maintains client confidentiality<br /> 6. Assist residents with medication administration including distribution of medications in a timely and safe manner and timely ordering of medications<br /> 7. Assist residents with doctor ordered treatments, including, but not limited to: Skin care, Nourishments, and timely ordering of treatment supplies.<br /> 8. Observing and reporting to the ACF Nurse any changes in the residents&rsquo; physical and/or mental status*<br /> 9. Ensuring a safe environment, including but not limited to: Maintaining cleanliness, observing principles of accident prevention, and observing appropriate safety guidelines including HAZCOM and Universal Precautions. *<br /> 10. Participate in Resident Individualized Service Plan process.</p>
