The Childhood Development Facilitator is a position of trust, responsible for providing an encouraging, safe, and caring classroom environment where individual attention is paid to each student.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be able to:</p> <p>1) Provide a safe, clean, inviting, and stimulating classroom environment.</p> <p>2) Address physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of each individual.</p> <p>3) Prepare weekly lesson plans and project materials in coordination with Center management.</p> <p>4) Collaborate and cooperate with other employees to achieve program goals.</p> <p>5) Manage classrooms effectively.</p> <p>6) Other housekeeping items:</p> <ul> <li>18 years of age or older (21 for School Age positions).</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Experience preferred.</li> <li>Proficiency in email applications.</li> <li>Must pass background check.</li> <li>Must obtain food handlers permit.</li> <li>Must obtain CPR / First Aid certification to be considered for advancement.</li> </ul> <p>If this is you, please send us your resume now OR stop by the center and fill out an application Monday - Friday!</p> <p>Drop-ins will receive an immediate interview, if you are willing to wait a few minutes for classrooms to be adjusted.</p> <p>ABC Great Beginnings provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
