<p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p> <p>The General Manager leads operations and performance through the store associate team. Responsible for achieving performance goals, sales and profit objectives along with leading and developing the staff to accomplish the mission and values of the company.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p> <p>?&nbsp;Provides direction to ensure store operation is aligned with our company&rsquo;s values and strategies.</p> <p>?&nbsp;Recruits, hires, trains and develops players for all in-store positions.</p> <p>?&nbsp;Builds store sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns.</p> <p>?&nbsp;Develops Holiday Store Plan to ensure sales and operational performance goals are achieved.</p> <p>?&nbsp;Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.</p> <p>?&nbsp;Upholds and enforces safety and security standards at all times.</p> <p>?&nbsp;Monitors sales growth and cost control of the store against the budgeted expectation and historical performance, to ensure that profit goals are met.</p> <p>?&nbsp;Delivers incredible customer service.&nbsp; Loves all customers.</p> <p>?&nbsp;Prepares sales forecasts along with production planning to ensure inventory management and proper ordering and receiving of product and supplies.</p> <p>?&nbsp;Completes all administrative duties for the store, including timely reporting of information and incidents.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <p>?&nbsp;Associates Degree or general business knowledge equivalent to an Associates Degree preferred</p> <p>?&nbsp;3-5 years of Retail or Restaurant Management experience or related field</p> <p>?&nbsp;Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees</p> <p>?&nbsp;Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS:</strong></p> <p>Base Pay:&nbsp; $45,000 - $60,000</p> <p>Bonus eligibility</p> <p>Medical</p> <p>Dental</p> <p>PTO</p>
