<p>The ideal candidate will be comfortable with outbound prospecting and have a demonstrated ability to determine a candidate&#39;s potential through interview screening questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for clientele</li> <li>Conduct virtual or phone interviews of prospective candidates</li> <li>Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews</li> <li>Serve as point of contact between candidates and clients</li> <li>Build pipeline of new clients through outbound prospecting</li> <li>Meet weekly/quarterly quotas and goals</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&#39;s degree</li> <li>Effective communication skills</li> <li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Experience working with Microsoft Office suite</li> <li>High-energy and passion</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to meet quotas</li> </ul>
