<p><strong>Position Summary and Role Overview</strong><br /> OmniEngine is helping businesses across the United States acquire and retain high-quality customers by the thousands, with Amazon being the largest and fastest-growing campaign at our company! We are building a sales skill core curriculum for our center and the Learning and Development Specialist will be the subject matter expert and go-to leader for long-term strategy, facilitation methods, content creation/organization, and curriculum. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales representative and install coordinator effectiveness by determining key learning objectives to drive individual and team production. A key aspect of the specialist is to understand the various aspects of the sales agents&rsquo; responsibilities so that training can remain relevant, effective, and up to date. In addition to the before mentioned items, experience/strength in design is preferred.<br /> <br /> As a <strong>Learning and Development Specialist</strong>, you will be responsible for gathering best practices and overseeing the implementation of various learning projects which may include CRMs, leadership, sales, manager training, personal growth sessions, and/or campaign-specific training. Additionally, you will have a platform to demonstrate strong communication, facilitation and collaboration skills and the drive to attack aggressive deadlines and goals.<br /> <br /> <strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate, develop, and execute learning sessions both on-site at the call center and remotely by leveraging techniques that are both engaging and innovative, and align with the tenants of Adult Learning Theory. This also includes the creation, maintenance, and organization of content.</li> <li>To ensure content remains current, this person will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), the training team, and other cross-functional partners to stay current on process updates and to generate new program ideas for curriculum.</li> <li>Understand the company&rsquo;s strategic initiatives in order to create training to support those goals and be prepared to pivot with modifications to those goals, if needed. This may include hitting specific key performance indicators (KPIs).</li> <li>Regularly asses training content and methods to identify current and future training needs with an emphasis on sales enablement.</li> <li>Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.</li> <li>Monitor and evaluate training program&rsquo;s effectiveness, success, and return on investment (ROI).</li> <li>Adapt to changing work environment and think with an innovative approach to complete unforeseen tasks in a short timeline.</li> <li>Focus on multiple projects with different subject matter simultaneously and effectively pivot between them without putting task completion at risk.</li> <li>Approach aggressive goals with a &ldquo;can do&rdquo; attitude. &nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to drive results in training autonomously and with minimal direction.</li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Skill and Experience Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong motivational and coaching skills</li> <li>Presentation skills, ability to &ldquo;own the room&rdquo; and keep attendees engaged</li> <li>Experience with micro learning content and gamification</li> <li>Previous sales experience strongly considered</li> <li>Previous sales enablement experience strongly considered</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce</li> <li>Strong technical skills</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively across departments</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li> <li>Instructional design experience strongly considered</li> <li>An &ldquo;eye for design&rdquo; preferred</li> <li>Ability to assist sales managers and the greater company in change management</li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Key Success Measures</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;SMART goals will be set based on improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs)</li> <li>Increased retention &nbsp;Increased sales</li> <li>&nbsp;New Hire ramp timeline</li> <li>&nbsp;Company defined scorecards</li> <li>&nbsp;End user satisfaction</li> </ul>
