They are&nbsp;leading the fight against slavery and human trafficking.&nbsp;As the largest anti-slavery organization in the world, their&nbsp;mission is to protect the poor from violence by rescuing victims, bringing the criminals to justice, restoring survivors to safety and strength, and helping local law enforcement build a safe future that lasts.</p> <p>Our client has cast a vision for 2030 which involves mobilizing partnerships to scale their&nbsp;work of rescue and rehabilitation, expanding their&nbsp;global footprint, and leveraging data to effectively prove to the world that their&nbsp;model can end slavery. To support this initiative, our client must rapidly grow their team.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>They are seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Change Management Analyst</strong>&nbsp;to add to their growing team.&nbsp;This is a contract to hire position based in Arlington, VA that offers excellent benefits and growth opportunities.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Change Management Analyst will play a key role in institutionalizing change management within the IT PMO process enterprise wide.&nbsp;By ensuring change management is the norm in technology project to ensure our client benefits from a return on investment by increasing employee adoption and usage of IT solutions.&nbsp;This person will work directly on IT project teams and business sponsors and focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures related to our client.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and proficiency, while minimizing resistance. The Change Management Analyst II will be the primary catalyst to ensure results and outcomes of our client&rsquo;s global IT initiatives are fully achieved.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As a member of the IT PMO, the Change Management Analyst II will work directly on project teams and lead change management requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;This role will initially be assigned to two (2) global projects: (1) a custom Salesforce implementation designed to facilitate data collection and operations across our client&rsquo;s field offices, and (2) Workday Global Project, a rollout of Workday Human Capital Management and Financials across the organization.&nbsp;Both projects are complex, large-scale global initiatives that span our client&rsquo;s 25+ offices around the world.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>This position may require international travel (&lt;20%) as well as some off-hours work (scheduled) to support calls and meetings in other countries/time zones.</em></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create and implement change management strategies and plans for complex, large-scale IT projects; identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance;</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assess the current state, how change impact occurs and develop/complete change management assessments to ensure employee readiness, adoption, and usage of IT solutions;</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create key change management project deliverables (plans and content/materials) related to communications, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management to identified stakeholder groups;</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with the IT PMO&rsquo;s technical project managers and business sponsors to integrate a change management framework and activities into the project plans, track and report risks and issues, and manage project stakeholders;</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Define and measure project success metrics; monitor change progress and change load of the IT PMO project portfolio, project benefits, change management activities scheduled, completed and outcomes at both the individual and organizational levels;</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate efforts with other specialists and business units, including the organizational strategy and execution team, internal communications team, technical training and adoption team, and other IT PMO project teams;</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure consistent, coherent presentation of IT projects for a variety of audiences communicating in multiple languages and cultural settings;</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;With the technical training and adoption team, determine learning objectives and training approaches for employees; ensure training plans and content/materials are correct and consistently support learning objectives for each IT project;</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support and coach senior leaders, people managers, project managers, and employees in their roles related to change initiatives; and<
