Join us and help bring change to the Healthcare industry.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The eClinicalWorks Specialist is responsible for the design of a standard Clinic EHR/EMR implementation, that can be used at numerous clinics throughout the continental USA. You will additionally be responsible for the configuration, training, and re-engineering of practice operations to support the successful adoption of an electronic practice management and electronic medical records software. In partnership with team members and in line with the project plan, the EMR Implementation Specialist will interact directly with the physicians and physicians&rsquo; office staff to design, configure, test, train, implement and support the use of the EHR software.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Primary&nbsp;Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform as a key member of the core implementation team charged with the successful implementation and support of an eClinicalWorks system. You will be subject matter expert in the functionality of the electronic medical records and electronic practice management systems</li> <li>Architect, Define and Design the initial standard Infrastructure clinic requirements</li> <li>Follow the formal change management process for all changes into Production</li> <li>Serve as the main point of contact and application subject matter expert for the Physician offices during the implementation process and post-implementation process; on-site go-live support and post-implementation phase, including optimization</li> <li>Analyze and document the requirements of a physician&rsquo;s office and clinical workflow as they pertain to the implementation of electronic practice management and electronic medical records software</li> <li>Prepare recommendations and/or alternatives that address existing and potential areas of improvements in physician office operations</li> <li>Redesign existing workflows to leverage the eClinicalWorks application and document, review and train future state workflows</li> <li>Design and configure the electronic practice management and electronic medical records software in the most efficient manner to support the physicians&rsquo; office requirements and future state workflows</li> <li>Create, utilize, and implement customized training curriculum to train and instruct the physician&rsquo;s office staff on the use the features of the electronic practice management and electronic medical records software effectively</li> <li>Document implementation decisions and configuration approach</li> <li>Directly and remotely support the physicians and physician office staff in the use of the software</li> <li>Participate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new application modules and enhancements to existing applications</li> <li>Perform in-depth tests, including unit and integration testing</li> <li>Utilize the call tracking software provided to adequately document issues</li> <li>Correctly status and prioritize issues</li> <li>Resolve issues directly and remotely utilizing training and provided documentation</li> <li>Follow established escalation and notification procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of professional experience working in a healthcare environment</li> <li>6+ years of professional experience working in an eClinicalWorks EPM or EHR implementation role</li> <li>4+ years of professional experience with electronic physician&rsquo;s office billing systems</li> <li>4+ years of professional experience creating training plans and providing training for adult learners</li> <li>4 years of professional experience working in an EPM / EHR troubleshooting role</li> <li>Experience supporting and implementing eClinicalWorks EHR</li> <li>Experience with issue resolution and/or issue tracking software</li> <li>eClinicalWorks subject matter expertise supporting successful go-lives, implementation, and maintenance of eClinicalWorks programs</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</li> <li>Formalized Project Management Training</li> <li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in healthcare administration, information systems or area of expertise</li> <li>Strong documentation skills with the ability to document physician practice workflow and recommend changes</li> <li>MS Office skills that include, Word, Excel, Ou
