As an account manager, your primary responsibility will be to maintain positive client relations and ensure their needs are met in a way that is sustainable and beneficial. Your ability to facilitate communication, contribute ideas about service differentiation, and operate as a liaison between our clients and our company&#39;s leaders, will directly affect our success in the landscaping industry. If you see yourself as someone who enjoys working with people, learning more about landscaping and the services provided, and maintaining strong relationships, then you are a great candidate for this job.<br /> <br /> Job Responsibilities <ul> <li>Function as the account manager and first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that they&#39;re enjoying all of the benefits that we provide while also working to resolve any concerns or issues that may develop regarding their services.</li> <li>Present our portfolio of services to the decision-makers of companies that have expressed interest in what we offer, detailing our service model and answering any questions that will help them to understand how our partnership will add value to their respective organizations.</li> <li>Capture new and/or additional business opportunities with clients by showing them how certain services will enhance their properties.</li> <li>Provide ongoing support to current clients with our services, from resolving issues that arise in the delivery and function of our applications to keeping them apprised of updates as they are rolled out.</li> <li>Report to our management team on the progress of those clients in your portfolio on a quarterly basis.</li> </ul> Job Skills &amp; Qualifications <ul> <li>Knowledge of lawn &amp; plant material, nutrition deficiencies, diseases, and pest infestations</li> <li>Prior experience in customer service and/or client support</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>MS Office Proficient</li> </ul>
