The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization''s offline community by organising ice-breaker events, planning excursions, and fostering new connections between the coconuts (that''s what we call our guests). What you need to bring to the table: Ability to develop and maintain a partnership and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with community members, peers, and vendors. Ability to drive customer and service orientation regularly. Experience running events and managing communities in college clubs or a cafe/hostel/workplace. Qualities such as being organised, motivated, social, energetic, empathetic, humble, and patient to run community engagements effectively. Alignment to NomadGao values to run community operations. Proficiency in English, Hindi (Optional) Deep listening skills and an understanding of approaching conflicts with a non-violent attitude. You will be in charge of - We follow a community facilitation model that divides community facilitation into these parts: Onboarding, Adaptation, Communal Life, Offboarding and Afterlife. Onboarding: Calling/emailing new members before their arrival to make them fill out the Onboarding form and set just expectations. Understanding each new member''s expectation of the space by reading onboarding forms, and doing pre-arrival research (Linkedin/Instagram). Introducing them to the space and existing members. Adaptation: Building a relationship with individual members to help them network, collaborate and develop meaningful friendships. Recommending local places and experiences to the members Ensuring each member feels that they belong to the NomadGao community and are valued. Be thoughtful while interacting with members. Understanding the professional and casual line of interaction. Communal Life: Curating and running weekly events for the community eg: NomadGao social connect, Karaokes, Barbeques, Games Nights etc. Designing in advance a weekly events calendar and designing graphics for the events using relevant tools(like Canva). Timely communication to respective members on issues. Running the NomadGao passport program (Adding new partners and communicating with the existing partners) Working with the facilities team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality member experiences. Ensure the community has an excellent experience and grows strong. Offboarding: Encouraging the members to refer NomadGao to their network via referral programmes. Encouraging the members to write reviews on Google/Facebook/Airbnb/ Booking.com etc Sending feedback forms and conducting interviews with residents to gather user insights. Afterlife: Engaging community members (Past and present) on the WhatsApp group Sending customer satisfaction surveys post-checkout to gather feedback and NPS.
