Overview DITO Telecommunity is looking for a App Product Owner/Project Manager to join the Digital Team. This role will be involved in the delivery of projects for digital channels - from conceptualization until post-launch, but mainly on the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator bridging the gap between business and IT teams establishing aligned understanding of both business needs and technical concepts. Functions and Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements to support project goal and business objectives. Collaborate with teams to review customer journey and UI/UX designs to ensure customer-centric implementation of requirements for digital channels. Ability to translate business requirements into precise and clear written specifications in various formats: use cases, user stories, configuration/change requests. Coordinate with IT to communicate requirements, review and approve solutions, verify accuracy and completeness of developed functionalities based on agreed scope. Participate in testing activities such as test case/defects review, UAT, PPT, beta testing. Others: Regular reporting, create training materials, conduct demos, maintain documentations. Employment Standards Preferably has a Bachelor''s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field of study Relevant experience in Business/Systems Analysis and/or Quality Assurance Telco industry, mobile app development background a plus Preferably with waterfall and agile software delivery experience Job Skills & Qualifications Project management and product ownership Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, mobile app design-savvy, customer-centric Familiarity with MS Office, prototyping (Overflow, Figma, Adobe, etc) and project management tools
