Details: Job Description Virtual Event Team Lead Job Descriptions: The Virtual Events Team Lead will act as a single point of contact for all operations-related concerns including But Not Limited To The Following: Reports to Manager and manage EMEA Virtual Event Team to ensure smooth delivery of daily virtual event operations and virtual event related projects and duties Support & handle virtual events related end to end tasks and inquiries Use Learning Management System to set up virtual environments & host Virtual Events (Virtual Classrooms & Webinars) via Zoom/Webex/Teams, provide general technical support to participants during the event Coordinate with speakers & instructors to manage the delivery of event related elements Work closely with different teams including Marketing, Operations and Content for event Preparation Administration duties, e.g. staffing, running reports Assist with multiple simultaneous projects Attendance tracking, maintaining optimum staffing level, PTO planning Workload management and bench planning Break/ Lunch adherence Responsible for coaching, counseling, feedback, disciplinary issues, and positive recognition Ensures each of the personnel meet his or her required goals including schedule adherence, attendance, policy adherence, conduct, and performance Writes employee performance evaluations, delivers merits, and performs other administrative tasks Coordinate ongoing training and identify training needs Drives root cause analysis and opportunities for improvement Investigates and responds to escalations Any ad hoc duties/projects as assigned Job Requirements Details: Graduate of any bachelors degree At least 1 year of leadership experience in managing events, marketing Experience in managing virtual events is preferred but not required Has working experience in Salesforce and LMS is preferred but not required Has experience in hosting events is preferred, but not required Excellent written and oral communication skills
