Our global and local expertise means we understand the breadth of challenges that solar installers face. About the role The role will aid the Intern in the day-to-day operations of the company. The intern will be responsible for performing specific routine accounting operations such as but not limited to bookkeeping, maintaining general ledgers, monitoring accounts and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Program Period: Available for minimum 2months for 40 hours a weekOthers will be considered as appropriate. Schedule: Students arerequired toapply onlineand please specify the programperiod that is suitable for you.Only shortlisted candidates will be notifiedfor the next process of interviews. What You Will DoPosting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.Approves Sales Order and confirmation of payments.Ensures gross profit is within the approved limit.Update accounts receivables and issue invoicesPrepares disbursements on a weekly basis.Ensures that Creditable Withholding Tax are timely and accurately prepared.Prepares monthly bank reconciliation.Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.Assist Senior Accountant in the preparation of monthly and yearly closing.
