Role description: This role is part of Arcadis Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis offices globally. Role accountabilities: Overall support to the Project Manager with respect to the financial performance of the project and using resource planning tools (such as Oracle ERP or similar) Revenue re-forecasting, project cost analysis, timesheet collation/adjustments, cost reporting, raising purchase orders, resourcing, raising invoices, workplan updating Creating cost and time reports showing the project performance for internal and client teams Gather performance data (actual, Estimates-To-Complete), compute earned value, and perform variance analyses using key values such as Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), and Actual Costs (AC) on a regular basis as directed by the PM Develop and maintain project Estimate-At-Complete (EAC) forecasts for project budget and schedule through the use of Cost Performance and Schedule Performance Indices (CPI and SPI) and other appropriate forecasting techniques Ensure contracts, subcontracts, certificates, change orders and other relevant project documentations are reviewed, executed, and filed Ensure sub-contractor invoices are processed in a timely manner Ensure monthly billing deadlines are met Review any debt and alert PM of issues and follow up on any actions necessary Develop and prepare any specific reporting requirement for Project Managers e.g. project health reports (using tools like Excel, Power BI or similar) Closely monitor all aspects of Project Management for live projects and advise Project Manager(s) of progress and trends on spends, Multipliers & Project reviews Qualifications & Experience: Must have a bachelors degree in Commerce, preference will be given for Masters in Business Administration 3+ years related experience in Project accounting, Project Assistance, Project Control & Project co-ordination Based on project requirements, should be available to support Project Managers in global regions Experience with using a resource planning tool (e.g. Oracle ERP or similar) that manages accounting, financial management, project management and procurement: Why Arcadis We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
