Position: Bookkeeper and Property Management Assistant Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time Salary Range: USD 500 - 800 per month (depending on qualifications and skills) About the job: We are seeking a highly competent professional to manage the accounts, and handle property listings for our small property management and real estate portfolio. The suitable candidate has hands-on experience in bookkeeping, property listings, and customer service, being capable of expert usage of Google Sheets for creation of analytic dashboards to track performance metrics. Responsibilities: Maintain and manage all financial records for properties, such as accounts payable and receivable, and manage collections Regularly update the accounting system; documenting financial transactions and ensuring that all numbers are accurate Post available rooms or properties on Facebook Marketplace and other online sites Track, develop, and respond to leads, and keep a well-organized record of the sales leasing pipeline Generate analytic dashboards in Google Sheets illustrating various performance metrics, enhancing overall business efficiency Collaborate with the management team to strategize successful marketing activities Requirements 2+ years of relevant working experience Strong background in bookkeeping, preferably in the real estate industry Proficient in Google Sheets, specifically in creating analytic dashboards Experience managing accounts payable and receivable Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage leads and track sales leasing pipeline Knowledge in posting listings on Facebook Marketplace and other online platforms Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Tools, Software, and Applications: Buildium.com (working experience is a plus!) Google Sheets Gmail Google Forms Zillow Nice to have: Python software development experience or any coding experience like JavaScript, HTML, etc
