Describe the Department Legal Department for APAC Region Finance > Vestas Legal Risk & Compliance > Legal & Compliance APAC Responsibilities Draft, negotiate and arrange for execution of NDAs. Draft, negotiate and arrange for execution of procurement contracts for the purchase of components, materials and consumables for turbine manufacturing. Draft, negotiate and arrange for execution of contracts required for service and construction sites including lease agreements, warehousing and logistics agreements, parts sales agreements and labour hire agreements. Draft, negotiate and arrange for execution of subcontracts to the turbine supply contracts, including balance of plant construction contracts, crane contracts and transport contracts. Draft, negotiate and arrange for execution of global and regional framework procurement contracts in collaboration with Group Legal and Procurement functions. Contract management support in the performance of procurement contracts. Development of procurement contract templates. Qualifications Law degree Admitted to a recognized bar + years'' experience in general commercial/contract law at a large law firm or in-house with a major corporate Competencies Good written and spoken English. Great interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the Vestas organization Comprehensive negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues and the ability to work across cultures and geographies Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships Ability to work alone with little or no supervision What We Offer Vestas is the energy industry''s global partner on wind power solutions.
