Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and spearhead the execution of creative and production projects across various product lines and brands. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, possess a deep understanding of marketing and design principles, and demonstrate strong production skills. This role requires the ability to ensure brand identity and consistency across channels while optimizing creative for web, social, email, events, and content platforms. Job Details Hybrid Work Setup Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM EST *Following PH Holidays Responsibilities Execute cohesive and comprehensive creative materials across product lines and brands, maintaining brand identity and consistency. Optimize creative assets for multiple channels including web, social media, email campaigns, events, and content platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends, modern marketing practices, and social media platforms to inform design strategies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers, interns, or external agencies as needed. Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of graphic design and production experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Strong understanding of marketing, brand, and design principles and development. Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and modern marketing practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about design solutions.
