Role accountabilities: Ensure compliance with the BIM execution plan. Identify and select appropriate technology solutions and provide relevant information to allow informed business decisions and the delivery of value. Successfully manage, plan, resource and complete assigned technical project tasks within agreed budgets and deadlines Lead the production of project deliverables including drawings from schematic to detailed, and project models that are accurate, clear, and concise, compliant with Arcadis standards, best practice and any other standards dictated by the nature of the project. Collaborate with other designers and BIM staff to identify and eliminate conflicts at interfaces between each discipline''s technical work to ensure the integrity of the overall design. Provide technical guidance to other members of the BIM / drafting team and assist with the coaching and development of junior staff. Facilitate in creating and conducting trainings to team members for technical development. Undertake verification checking of elements of work with higher complexity. Generate graphical or alphanumeric output as required by the project. Keep up to date with developments in the industry sector and with technical and legislative developments and seek out opportunities to develop a strong professional profile Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural or any related course Minimum of 5-year experience using Revit. Minimum of 5 years'' experience in structural detailing and modelling, including reinforced concrete and steelworks detailing. Experience in Autocad, Bluebeam, Projectwise, ACC(previously BIM360) and familiarity on metadata is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft applications e.g., Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Fluent in written and spoken English is essential. Relevant exposure in handling Australian projects is an advantage.
