Description Position : Sales Manager Holidays : TBD Salary Range : USD 900-1500/month Working Hours : Central Hours (Initially): Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Potential Shift - There is a possibility of transitioning to Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. About The Company The company is a provider of high quality new and used shipping containers based in North Texas but selling in multiple markets in the US. About You We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts. As the leader of sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue opportunities. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to be the expert in all things sales-related for our company. Main Responsibilities Take ownership of the sales process and drive it forward to meet and exceed targets. Improve the existing sales script to enhance effectiveness and drive better results. Provide innovative ideas on how to generate higher quality leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Handle objections effectively and close deals promptly. Utilize CRM tools, particularly Kintone, to streamline sales processes and track performance metrics. Mentor and coach sales team members to help them reach their full potential. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support in achieving company goals. Tools to use Kintone and other similar CRM tools Office 365 Google Workspace Requirements Minimum of 7 years of proven success in sales, demonstrating a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth. Experience in both individual sales roles and leading sales teams. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in CRM tools, with experience in Kintone preferred. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and driving business growth. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
