You know you are the right fit if you are/have: Graduate of Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics & Statistics Science or any related fields. 10 more years work related experience in areas of IT and Digital Extensive background in governance and managerial IT and Digital Position in a multicultural environment. At least 7 years'' experience in general management or people management. Hands on experience in regulatory compliance, IT standards, risks and corporate finance literacy Understanding license compliance and management As part of our growth, your tasks will be: Facilitate the roll out of IT & Digital Group Governance Framework for the organization. Facilitate the assessment, identification and localization of the IT and Digital policies and procedures from the regional office to ensure compliance with the regional office''s IT governance, regulatory requirements and relevant standards. Regularly report to the Regional Business Unit on key IT and Digital resource planning and utilization, KPI, strategic initiatives, projects, and focus areas of Group IT and Digital governance. Assist ASEAN Subsidiary on critical gap areas of governance.
