Position: Executive Assistant / Asst. Responsibilities: Scheduling calendar management Monitoring and managing inboxes and emails in real-time Document administration: ability to maintain and create organized files/folders on Google Drive, share Drive links with internal and external parties and migrate email attachments to appropriate folders Taking care of all of the professional and personal administrative tasks and appointment Recording meeting minutes Insurance Administration and Compliance: Previous experience in insurance compliance administration is preferred Submitting and updating Certificates of Insurance (COIs); examining for accuracy and completeness to conform to client requirements Follow up with insurance brokers via email and call/mobile and online portals to obtain policy documents Creating presentations for clients Data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Sheets Be able to manipulate and organize data into digestible format in Excel and Sheets Ability to update financial files in Excel Assisting with miscellaneous special projects or duties as needed Planning and executing meetings SDR (Sales development rep) duties including, Conducting outbound email campaigns using existing templates and formats Experience using Apollo.io, Outreach or similar outbound sales program preferred Demand generation using social media postings and content creation Requirements Have 3+ years of relevant experience Expert in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite Mobile access: Must be able to make and receive calls to US clients (and will be reimbursed for any mobile expenses Primary fluency / bilingual English fluency is required with no or barely recognizable accent. Has great attention to detail Organizational Skills Ability to meet deadlines Requires minimal supervision Expertise with Docusign, Asana Experience using Apollo.io, Outreach or similar outbound sales program preferred
