IT Business Analyst Loan IQ Upgrade and SWIFT ISO Scope of work: Reporting to the ITD project manager, the business analyst is responsible for reviewing the current business processes, performing process re-engineering as needed, documenting clear business requirements, and conveying it to both internal and external stakeholders in designing and configuring the various IT systems to be implemented. Develop test cases and scripts and supporting the IT team and vendor during SIT, regression, assisting the operations team in performing UAT and providing post-go-live support. Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output: 1. Leading business process(s) review and re-engineering existing process(s) using the various IT systems to be implemented 2. Supporting the system support group in the development of the strategies and business cases for products 3. Lead in building customer-centric User Experience Designs and Process Flows. 4. Lead in finalizing Business Requirements Gathering with the Operations Team and the vendor. 5. Support ITD integration teams, PSOD,TD, various vendor in understanding the requirements of Business Users 6. Work with CTL, PSOD, TD, various vendor in designing the workflows and application configuration of the various IT systems being implemented 7. Lead in understanding and documenting existing business process(s) and business rules. 8. Lead in evaluating business process(s), anticipating requirements, uncover areas for improvement and re-engineering of existing business process(s) using the various IT systems to be implemented. 9. Participate in project implementation and completion of project artefacts, QA test cases, scenarios, and scripts, UAT and test cycles management. 10. Ensure timely resolution of bug fixes and critical issues and actively participate/contribute in triaging of both project and post-production issues. 11. Provide post-production support expertise and support for NSO applications. Qualifications: (i) At least 8 years of demonstrated global industry/ banking experience especially in the domain of corporate banking exposure (ii) Experience in IT solution implementation in either of the following areas: (1) Banking; (2) Treasury Operations; (3) Credit and (4) Payment Operations. Experience in implementation of and migration to Finastra banking products such as Loan IQ and Summit is preferred. (iii) Experience and/or knowledge of international payment systems, correspondent banking relationships and SWIFT (e.g., SWIFT messaging standards, message formats and codes) are an advantage. (iv) Experience in business process engineering, business process mapping, and customer experience design (v) Experience in production support in handling client queries and issues, providing technical guidance, documenting support activities/issues. (vi) Effectively demonstrated business and cross-organizational leadership and project delivery discipline (vii) Track record on business process management / re-engineering / consulting experience (viii) Proficient in the use of presentation and process mapping tools. (e.g. Visio, Powerpoint, Word, Excel) (ix) Excellent documentation skills (x) Worked on transformational projects (xi) Experience of working as a business point of contact on IT systems, liaising with IT departments and participating in business change management strategies. (xii) Ability to apply logical thinking and analytical skills/reasoning to evaluate business processes and solutions. (xiii) Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
