Bachelors degree in Business and/or Technology field At least 2 years of experience as Change Analyst Proven experience in system implementation Experience in change management, organizational development, and/or business process Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge in change management methodologies and tools Knowledge of project management principles. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage but not required Amenable to work in BGC hybrid set up (2 onsite X 3 WFH) Friday is required onsite
